Windows Wizard

Basically we are looking for a developer to create an .msi or .exe that can walk the user through the whole installation process. Here is the link for the manual installation process for the vtiger crm. This is also the repository where the developer can upload his/her code to so we can compile and test on our server. The screen shot examples are using a slightly modified version of vtiger’s installation script. We will have our complete installation script version tomorrow and that is what the developer will use as part of the automated installation process. We have rebranded Vtiger CRM (including the Customer Portal Module) into our own CRM which we call BzCrm. Currently the CRM install is very tedious. The user has to manually install all CRM requirements such as MySql and PHP. The user then has to manually make sure all dependency settings meet the minimum Vtiger requirements. After all requirements are met, the user would then manually run the CRM install scripts in an IIS website the user created to finally get the CRM installed. We would like the whole process to be automated using a wizard to help the user install the whole CRM. We are seeking a developer to create a Windows installation wizard. The goal is to help automate the installation of our BzCrm on the users Windows server. The installation wizard should help the user install all required dependencies such as MySql or PHP if these dependencies are not already installed in the users Windows Server. It should set or help the user choose the right settings for getting our version of Vtiger installed on the user’s Windows server such has [login to view URL] settings. It should install our BzCrm directly into an IIS website on the users Windows server. We are assuming the users Windows Server will have these Minimum requirements: - Windows Server 2008 or higher - IIS 7 or higher We will provide you with our version of the Vtiger PHP installation script to integrate into the Installation Wizard.
