i want to create a very simple website that will be hosted on premises on a web server using IIS that include a text box to enter the desired text and a drop down list that include people and an option in the drop down to select all the listed people and then to click on a button to send email to the selected person or all the persons with a template subject and the body to include the text written in the text box. to note that no data should be saved in any database and the email should be sent from a specific sender defined by for all the emails sent
