Website update checker

Hi I am a home user of a webite that facilitates buying and selling of used merchandise, like Craigslist. The website allows the user to store searches and subscribe to them, getting an email every night with new items. When logged in, the user can also see the results of all the searches from his account. I would now like a program that preferably can run as a service, and check for changes on the searches stored to my account. Every x second, as defined by the user, the program would have to perform the following steps: 1. Log on to the website with username and password. Logon is persistent, so this step may not be required every time. 2. Go to the stored searches webpage and check for new listings. Thus the program would need to keep track on which listings existed on the last check. This shouldn't bee too difficult since each listing has a link to their unique webpage. 3. If a new listing exist: For each new listing, send an email containing information about the listing. The contents of the email would be the contents of the webpage of each listing. The email heading would be the heading/title of the listing. I would prefer if this program could be made in C#. Deliverables would be the source code, the compiled program/service, installation instructions and a very brief documentation explaining the classes/objects and how the program works.
