Website SSL Transition - Fix The Handful of Non-SSL Files

If you have transitioned sites over to SSL before, then I'd like to hear from you.
I have a site that is already on SSL, but not all the items on every web page were transitioned over to https. For example, some images are at http://www... while others are at https://www...
I need someone that can ensure ALL images and files resolve to the https://www... version. There are plugins and short cut methods for making this happen, which is why I'm looking for someone that has done this before.
