What we need: For employees: -A site to access how many documentations they have in each category, what the infraction was, and the requirements to fix the infraction from happening in the future. -Each Employee gets 6 documentations in both categories for 90 days. -The categories are: -- Clock in Clock out (including being late, leaving early, or not clocking out for breaks) -- Operational (Including not adding customer info to financing contracts, not completing floor walk tasks, not meeting sales goals ect….) -once an employee hits 6 in either category a DM will follow up with that employee to find out why the infractions are taking place and train on how to correct the behaviors, or take appropriate action when needed to learn and grow from mistakes that happen in stores. For managers -A site that is private that only the store Manager and DM’s have access to that will allow them to keep track of how may documentations they have -Every manager gets 6 documentations in both categories for 90 Days -The categories are: -- Clock in Clock out (including being late, leaving early, or not clocking out for breaks) -- Operations These will be different for store managers as it will include not replying to emails in a timely fashion, not correcting issues for closing bags within a predetermined period of time, not meeting sales goals for the store for financing, sales per hour, attachment % we can figure out what needs to be deemed a documentation as a team. -Once a manager gets 6 of these in either category a DM needs to go and have a in-person discussion for what needs to be addressed and how we can fix these behaviors and train out with the manager and sales staff the tactics we can use to help increase the areas that need focus based off of the documentations.
