Web Developer Needed for Wordpress Website

If you are okay with the above, please read carefully bellow. I have already build a Wordpress website and I need an experienced web developer for the following steps: 1) Add ALT tag in my images. I have already added ALT tags through the Media Library but they do not work. It is probably a code issue. I need you to fix this so that I can add tags in the future. 2) I use Google Search Console and try to add my URL in Google through "URL inspection Tool". I have requested indexing many times although the message I receive is: "URL is not on Google This page is not in the index, but not because of an error. See the details below to learn why it wasn't indexed." Probably the "[login to view URL]" file needs some fix. I need you to find the reason why this happens and fix it. 3) Even though the website is responsive, images look slightly bigger than they should. I need you to fix this. 4) Change the font color of some specific parts in my website. 5) Fix this problem: "There are 12/34 tag <a> with title attribute". 6) I need you to fix the scroll position in my main page which reacts as a one-pager.
