Hello,
I would need an integration to sync sales, payments, purchases between VEND API (Pos software) and QuickBooks OnLine API (accounting).
This project doesn't require a POS, but only integration between 2 existing APIs
VEND software will be used in a shop, no ecommerce nor website to develop
This integration requires :
- solid knowledge of [login to view URL]
- solid knowledge of QuickBooks online (french version)
- understanding of accounting
- full synchronisation between Vend & Quickbooks APIs including :
. used for several accounts (VendX-QuickBooksX / VendY-QuickBooksY... - up to 10-15 account to be linked)
. sales and invoices (registers) to be sent to Quickbooks, including state of invoice (paid, due...)
. payments sent to Quickbooks
. invoices paid by swift/transfer on QuickBooks to appear as paid in Vend, with according payment
. customers and suppliers accounts synchronised (net due, invoices to be paid, payments...)
. purchases (invoices and stock orders) sent to QuickBooks
. detail of VAT (3 different taxes) to be detailed in QuickBooks according to sales
. card payments done via MyPos API, already linked to Vend
