Update API to push additional info to property website

We have an auction website that pushes information of properties to a property listing website through an API. All is working fine at the moment, we just wish to add in the contact persons details and profile photo to send this info through the same API to display on the remote website.
The website is PHP and developed in Yii.
The system currently works like this.
1. Agent is loaded on the Property agent portal.
2. MJO website database syncs and an agents can be tagged to the property through the “agent” drop down in admin section.
3. Property that is loaded on MJO website is pushed on save to the Property website through API and displays on their website with the relavant tagged agent.
They have a new API now, which means we should be able to cut out a step in the process.
1. Agents are loaded in the admin section of the MJO website and saved in local database, form is latered to match that of the Property site. So new fields and image upload are added in admin section.
2. Admin loads a property on the MJO website and tags an agent that exists locally to display on the Property website.
3. Property that is loaded on MJO website is pushed on save to the Property website through API and displays on their website with the relavant tagged displayed.
You need to:
1. Study the Property API documentation to become familiar
2. Add in the extra fields for the agents/contact person on the admin section to match that of the property website.
3. Update the API code to ensure the agent details are synced along with all the other info sent through the API to display on the Property website - such as the images etc...
