I've take a look to cloudsight api and I found that I can do this work by get text information from cloudsight then compare text data from database to the text information to match the image. Relevant Skills and Experience cloudsight support api for python but I also done this job using php. Proposed Milestones $144 USD - will be fixed afrer discussion.
