Telegram API application

Hi, I am currently in need of a telegram bot with the following features, it includes 2 main features. Copy message realtime / delay from another group. Problem: There is a group called Soccer 1 that has existed for a long time, interacts very well, and many member comment / messages are in the group, their group is tens of thousands. I create a group of 2 name is Football 2, to develop this group, I add members from other groups (this one has a tool). To increase interactivity for a group, you need a bot with the following features. Login multiple accounts (20-50) with different proxies (to avoid being banished). Get the message from Football Team 1 and send a message to your Soccer Team 2. It switches each telegram id in Soccer 2 (instead of just one 2 send nick forever, it will look very fake). Set real-time or delay for copying / sending message from group to group. Send (spam / seeding) messages from a file to the groups you target Problem: I write a series of messages / cmt in notepad or excel file, the nick that I have already login will copy the message and spam to the groups that they target, and can send icon and GIF. Login with multiple accounts / proxies. Set delay and timeout when spam message. Switch account with different messages.
