SuiteCRM / Yeti Force CRM - Design Implantation Customization Automation for Manufacturing Industry We are small company engaged into manufacturing of custom made cutting tools engineering industry. We want to manage following things into the CRM (Yeti / Suite CRM): 1. Marketing: New Leads, news letter, mass email, generating leads from various sources 2. Sales : Returning Sales / Recurring sales , Generate Sales from old customers, Development of new Tools for Clients (trails - Approvals etc) and also at our end, packaging - dispatch, - delivery of order. 3. Support: After sales support - complaints , 4. others : Sales - Marketing automation & campaining, user wise email , sms integration (if possible), Task automation (i.e. like if the product is availible in inventory , then automatically task assigned for billing / packing , if not then assigned to production people for manufacturing etc) increase productivity of employees, task can be assinged to active or passive user (passive user like peon, workers) , detailed reporting, user control , information access - user wise , back up , etc 5. Job work - Job Site : materilas inward - outward ,inventory , production , raw materilas tobe procured or issued to job worker , receiving finish goods with in given time from job work site / job worker, We are using Tally ERP (Tally Accouting software to maintain Accounts, invoice , ledgers, inventory, BOM etc ) if you build bridge between tally and crm to avoid any duplication of work. We suggest Experienced developer only bid for this project. You have to submit original source code in full and all other stuffs that belongs to us.
