study and implement a way to dinamically fill with water level the map section of rivers, bridge, etc Using a javascript library like D3 or similar for a browser HTML5(and illustrate some fallback for problematic browsers like IE) In the attaccment provided, the" interactive chart" in not part of the project. this is already done. As sub-optimal solution , the charts can be generated as bitmap by a server side service(php required)
