Speed up my Woocommerce WP site with over 1 million products.

Currently building a Massive scalable affiliate woocommerce store that currently has 200k products. Please note I am not selling products from woocommerce. These are all affiliate products that link to third party sites. So there is no checkout or anything like that on my side. But there is a problem.. My load times are over 50 seconds just to access the homepage. The MySQL database is currently 1.5GB and I am almost positive this is the issue, a super slow database. I have a pretty serious dedicated server that only serves this site (see below). Also I have used and configured many caching plugins like W3cache and supercache. This helps with the preloading, but the problem is it’s a store and customers need to use the search bar to find there affiliate products. I have been researching everything to get this to work, but still am unable to get the site to load under 3 seconds. This is your job. Make my site run fast, that’s it! Do I need cluster servers, cloud hosting, CDN, and on and on. I need this setup to be scalable. What I mean by this is I am looking to load 50-100 Million (not thousands) affiliate products into the site via feeds (I have this down). But once again with this awesome dedicated server, the database is just too slow. Dedicated server specs: 2 x Intel E5-2620 v3 Hexa-Core Haswell Xeon CentOS 6.x cPanel + Softaculous + Fully Managed Services RAID 1 (2x 2TB HD drives) 32GB DDR4 100TB on 1Gbps port WHMCS Also currently using cloudflare, supercache with preload. So freelancers how can I fix this?? I will paid $20 for the answer and configuration setup. If all goes well I have Plenty of future work for you with higher pay. Make me proud!
