Solve me the problem with performance with my website on Hosting

Ok, I have free hosting with 000webhost where I have website here : [login to view URL] 6 and I have paid hosting with hostinger and its the same website but with domain name: translatesubtitles…com and if you test my website , upload SRT subtitle file and translate it and click on DOWNLOAD button , in how many seconds file started downloading from the 000webhost and from Hostinger ? My start in 5 seconds with 000webhost and from Hostinger it takes 60 seconds to download start , what can be the problem? And if you know what can the hosting change to fix the problem or anything that can help, I change the server location but still nothing , upload again the same script of the website but still nothing . AND PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS JOB IF YOU ARE NOT SURE THAT YOU CAN FINISH IT ! I POSTED ON MANY FORUMS AND NOBODY DO NOT KNOW WHAT CAN BE THE PROBLEM .
