Smiley service on SMS

We assist companies with their customer service and support, we thus want that after each call we send an sms to the customer, who have made the call. A separate account must be made for all of our customers, you must set it up for 5 customers, whereafter you must inform how we can set it up for the other customers. It must be possible to setup so that the language on the sms varies based on which language/country the callers number belongs to, so if the caller calls from a +45 number, then he gets the sms in Danish, if he calls from a +46 number, he gets the sms in Swedish. If the customer calls from a number we do not have a language file for, then he must receive the text in English. NOTICE these different languages must not be via google translate, we must be able to have different files for the different languages ,that we have translated ourselves. The process 1. The customer calls us and gets assistance 2. The customer finishes the call with the agent and thereafter receives and sms with a thanks for the call to company XX and an invitation to evaluate the call. 3. The customer can now press the link in the sms and get to a site where they can choose a happy, neutral or sad smiley and then write a comment. 4. All of the comments must naturally be saved, so that they later can be downloaded into an interface, but to begin with, then an e-mail is send with the evaluation. It must be chosen if an e-mail must be send for each evaluation, once per week or once per month, but it must also be possible to choose all of the 3 solutions. It is important that the customer all of the time thinks that they are in contact with the company they have called, i.e. it is the name of this company, which must appear everywhere, so that the name of company XX is put in everywhere as the sender.
