Small PHP Application

Small PHP Application for our sports equipment business. We provide sports equipment on rent to various schools on a monthly fees. We need an application with backend for our staff and frontend for schools to be able to full fill the following functions: Admin: 1. Will Manage Customers (Schools). Add, Edit, Delete or Suspend schools 2. Create Login ID for each school 3. Upload invoices of school (PDF files) along with data like invoice date, amount, In#, payment status etc. 4. On upload of invoice, an email will go to customers with PDF invoice attached. 5. Can add more admin users with roles as agents 6. Can view reports of list of paid and unpaid invoices, ageing invoices, outstanding invoices etc. Customer (School): 1. School can login and view their invoices 2. They can download or email invoices. 3. They can view list of paid or unpaid invoices' 4. Can search invoices with various search filters. Admin Agent: 1. Can login and view customer wise paid and upaid invoices 2. Can view overdue invoices reports 3. Can view ageing invoices reports. Other Features: 1. Email & SMS alerts. 2. Tracking of all logins 3. Should be completely secure. 4. Mobile friendly interface.
