Need "webapp" "PHP" programming to create software for the property management industry. Coding was started in early 2013 with a local software developer but had to be shelved while we focused on operations.
The initial "backbone" of the software has been created and is located at: [login to view URL] (however it has been dormant for over a year and is currently down). It is presently hosted on [login to view URL] (access to the site will be provided after bid is awarded)
Essentially I am looking for a very robust development that will be multi-phased. In this first phase I am looking for the developer of the winning bid to:
1. get our app back up and running on the Heroku server
2. continue where we have left off to complete the "database portion of the app"*
* presently we are using quickbase (an intuit program) to house all our information (sales and leads, clients, properties, tenants etc). Quickbase is a PHP web based software and there is TONS of information in there that will eventually need to be transferred over. Our goal is to be able to completely replace quickbase and have our software to the job instead.
The app needs to be flexible and easily scalable as we intend to further develop it to eventually have:
- client, owner, and property manager portals
-synchronize with intuit "quickbooks" for full fledged accounting functionality
-be able to automate reports, forms, and templates by pulling information from predefined fields
-receive payments
-much much more
If you work efficiently, and your price is reasonable and we are happy with what we see from this first phase we will more than likely continue to work with you on the next module/milestone/phase!
