Several PHP, MYSQL, Profile mods

I have a basic profile system. I am in need of a complex media upload page. this page must allow multiple file upload. A preview area should be provided to allow the user to confirm uploads. the script must access a folder where media is stored. If the user does not have a folder one should be created. the media must be placed in the according folder. An insert must occur that will allow association with userso when profile is viewed, viewer . Also, a super administrator needs to be able to delete and media it seems unfit for the site. Also the user must be able to manage their media. A limit must placed on uplaods. This page will be accessed by two levels of users, one will only be able to upload images while the other can upload all media types. users should be able to select an image to be displayed as their profile image. with the profile system that i have, i would to be able to select profiles to spotlight on my site. A preview area should provided that would allow us to next and back throught the profiles, and select the desired accounts, a limit should be place that will not allow more then a set number. Am i also in need of a detailed search page of the users. I would like the page to select the youngest age to oldest from the database and provide a search that will display members that fall between the years. I also have several other simple fields that will be options in the search.
