Set up and configure mediecenter

We are looking for someone who can setup and configure a mediacenter with 3 (dual) tv tuners.
Today we use TV Headend and we get our TV via a cable, but we have not succeeded in getting it to find all 3 tuners, and some times it can find all of our TV channels (about 150), other times it only finds 29.
We are open to using other mediacenters, if you have experience with one which works on ubunto and is stable.
Our demands are
It must be able to record on all 3 tuners at once, preferably where it just takes an available tuner, when it is recording. It would also be nice if it gave a warning, if there were no available tuners at a specific time.
It must be possible to record from both timer, tv guide AND searchwords (so it keeps track of if a title appears in the tv guide, and starts recording it automatically)
The work must happen via Teamviewer
