Serial Key/Code Distribution PHP/SQL Script For Joomla Site

I am looking for someone knowledgeable with the Joomla site workings, PHP and SQL to create a script or module for our website that is capable of automatically distributing pre-created serial keys/codes to our members. The keys are received in the format of a spreadsheet, but can be uploaded to a database table prior to use if required by the script/module. Here is an ideal flowchart for the process: 1. Identify user. 2. Check to see if user has already obtained a code for the particular event. 3. If they have, display the code they already received. 4. If they have NOT, obtain a code from the available list, and assign the code to that user. 5. Remove the applied code from the list. ^^ This is my ideal method, but if you have another idea I would be open to other options. I would prefer this be done on the page/site itself, and not through an email process. I had come up with a possible solution myself, but it doesn't seem stable enough and I would prefer a more professional approach. I am using Community Builder for user management, and that allows for simple creation of additional user data fields. So, that might be an easy place to save the key to for a promotion. If it would make things easy, I could simply add a new field to the user data for the key to be stored when the user initiates the script. This would also make it easy to determine whether or not they had already obtained a key. I'm not sure how the field naming would need to be done, or if there would be a way to alter the script accordingly with future events (perhaps by simply changing the field name in the script for the new event page?)... Just some ideas to help make it an easy project. Again, if you're familiar with Joomla and/or Community Builder and can handle PHP/SQL scripting, this should be rather straight-forward. This is a really simple project, a script really, so I have a really small budget in mind. This is probably an hour or less of work for someone skilled with Joomla and PHP.
