Hi, We are a small company doing distribution of products. We would like to have a software that we can access from our cloud via web and our mobile phone to do the following: 1) Inventory PO, DO, - Product name desc, reorder, etc etc 2) Invoicing and Receipts to customers via email and hardcopy prints 3) Customer Base 4) Maintain Payments made to our vendors via vouchers as well as petty cash 5) Maintain balances of our cheque book and bank account details - on a basic level 6) issue vouchers for wages/salary payment 7) Dash board of sales, invoices, pending payments in/out 8) reports I would like this to be accessed at different levels. 1) super admin 2) manager 3) finance 4) sales executive this is just the phase one - we will use you to expand into the distribution with this software and later on towards an app.
