I'm experienced with using Ruby both in general and within the Rails framework. I am perhaps slightly slower than some other developers I know, but I produce very good quality code. Almost certainly better than anyone else you could get at this price point. (The low-ball bid is because I don't have as many reviews on here as I would like just yet)
