Route Management Tool Updated

Customer has made some changes to this so I am re-posting. The main tool will be the route management tool. All other modules will be built around this one and will be add on modules. The route management tool will be to help business owners manage their field operations teams by setting up service routes, repairs, filter services, service calls, tasks, tracking of Items to be billed, chemical cost, and customer profitability. It will be a management tool that will focus on managing the field operation and make it a smooth operation from start to finish. It will have a couple of key elements that will help it be a tool of choice. It will have a customer portal so the customer can track and see history, use it to communicate with the admin and employee. One of the key items will be for this tool to be a communication tool between owner and customer. System will send out emails or messages to the customer automatically to help improve the customers satisfaction. It will provide data to the employer that will help him keep a clear picture of the profitability of each pool. This will be done by logging and tracking chemical readings, and dosages. We will offer a free version with limited functions and advertising to offset the free module. The first step will be to create the website with dashboard and all functions and 100% focus on the mobile responsiveness. The mobile responsive design will have the look and feel of an app even though it is a mobile responsive design. While we offer the large companies a nice dashboard that will allow them to manage their entire team from the website. We will focus on the smaller companies at the same time that have just one user that uses more of their mobile devices to run their business. (The smaller companies are running their business from the field where the larger ones have managers in an office running the operation) Our main goal is to create a tool that is going to be in every service guys hands. We want to dominate the market of field route management tools. We want our designers, Programmers, and developers to think outside the box and offer suggestions and tools that will allows us to create and provide the best tool. A tool that no pool company can live without. Invoice module has already been created. Just need to change some code to tweak it to do what I need.
