This is not a complicated project and we won't consider any ridiculous or placeholder bids. We have an existing website site that uses a 2 field form where user enters an address. Then the field contents are sent to Zillow's API and data is pulled in, displayed on a screen and sent to a MySQL table. We need to replace the ZIllow API and use our own database for lookup. You must perform work on your own server we do not provide access to our site. No place holder bids please. Work must begin within a day. What we expect from a freelancer is a cooperative attitude, able to be working and available on our time zone. We do not want any grumpy half-asleep freelancers that are tired and have poor attitudes or cannot understand direction. What you can expect. Clear direction, prompt payment once work is complete and future work.
