Rebuild or Modify Existing Custom Wordpress/Woocomerce Website

Our website is very custom. Our site just launched 30 days ago but the developer that built the site built some of the features in a way that doesn't seem so logical. We are a home warranty company that sells products very similar to insurance. Our products have a few variants such as term type, length of term, coverage type and add-ons. We need a new landing page for our "get a quote form", right now it is a popup and it needs to be a page similar to our competitors here: [login to view URL] We have alot of users bouncing from the site at this point. Our plans are available as month to month coverage, and yearly or multi year plans. The developer that made the site priced the yearly terms by multiplying the month to month price by the number of months in the yearly plan. IE. monthly plan price is $50 so the site takes $50 and multiplies it times 12 for a 1 year plan. This doesnt allow us to set the yearly pricing independent of the month to month pricing. There is a mechanism in place to apply a discount to a yearly plan but it applies the discount in the checkout not where is displays the plans for the customer to choose which one they want, that page is here: [login to view URL] The developer did not create variants for the coverage terms, they just created the coverage as a simple virtual product and then in the custom plan selection page they created a way for the customer to choose month to month or yearly terms which the back-end treats as the 1 product but multiplies the quantity time the amount of months in the term selected. On the shopping cart page it does display a 1 year plan as 1 year and not 12 months but I believe that mechanism was shoe horned in and not coded as simply as it could have been. We would need someone that can spend a few hours to really understand our product and operation before starting development.
