Real Estate Software Needed

I am very open to using Drupal, Ruby on Rails, Custom Php. I am very open to either so I would like to know which you think is best and why. The software is going to be a real estate based software that will be charged monthly to client. The software MUST communicate with Infusionsoft. Please read below all the details, I need this done in a reasonable time and being late is not an option. If you are late money will be deducted from the total. Every week you are late $100 will be deducted from the total amount. ================================================================== Property Analyzer I need to have a Property Analyzer that will connect with Zillow's API structure. ([login to view URL]) When someone puts in a property address, it should pull the address, description, bedrooms, bathrooms, map, photo gallery, and pull rental and sold comps. Website Builder I need people to be able to create websites and landing pages with the push of a button. I will have 5-8 website samples they can choose from. The way this will should work is they will just have to change their name servers to point to our name servers and that should be it. Building the site should be very easy. There will be a choice between 5-10 landing pages as well. Also they must be able to post properties in their website. All the sites must be 100% fully responsive. I will design the sites, you guys just must code them. CRM Email System I need a light CRM where people will be able to sign up their Name, Email, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, and type of house they are interested in. Users should be able to send out email to people who have signed up for different house types. Lets say they are selling a 2 bedroom house they should be able to send an email out to people that have signed up for 2 bedroom houses. They also need to be able to check who has opened the email. It should give them some type of percentage who has opened and who has clicked on anything. Pull Recent Cash Buyers, Motivated Sellers, Private Lenders, Absentee Owners, Bankruptcies, Free & Clear, Renters, Tax Liens, Upside Down, High Equity, Low Equity. This section will be pull from either an XML file or an API from Leadsource/Corelogin. Deal Calculator There needs to be some sort of Deal Calcuator. This will be a javascript type calculator where they enter information and numbers and it will figure out the cost. I can show you a live demo of this on another website. Social Networking Section [login to view URL] needs to be a community network/social network where members can communicate with each other, it won't be as advanced as facebook but similar. Property Syndicator Automatically post properties on zillow and trillo from our system. Calendar I need a calendar with a to do list as well, needs to have the ability to integrated with google calendar, outlook calendar, or i-calendar if needed. Payment processing - The system will process payments through infusionsoft and they need to be sent an email with their login credentials. This will be a monthly product if someone misses a payment it NEEDS to suspend their account. MUST HAVES 1. You MUST be easy to work with. 2. You MUST be avaialable 8am-6pm EST. If your not it needs to be similar. 3. You MUST be able to speak and understand the English Language very well as you will have various skype meetings with me and the rest of my staff. 4. You MUST meet deadlines. If you tell me it will be done by a certain date. I expect it to be done by that date and won't tolerate being late. 5. You MUST be an expert in Ruby on Rails, if your not and EXPERT then don't even bid on the job please.
