No external system integration for LCA from DOL, USCIS or Fedex Users: Super Admin: Should able to change config settings like email, S3, logo, title, payment info etc. Admin - Can able to manage everything Immigration Firm Owner - Kind of Admin, can assign cases/change roles Attorneys - Will work on assigned cases Case Managers - Will work on assigned cases Companies - client for the immigration lawyer HR - provide company-specific information/documentation for visa processing Beneficiary - whose case is going to be get submitted/ company is sponsoring it/immigration firm is going to help submit the petition Please see the attached documents for process flows and detailed requirement. master doc explained in detail the forms to be attached for each H1 case & required documents list needed from Employer & Beneficiary. - Cover letter – This is must for each & every case we file - Master End Client letters drafts (Layer, Layer 2, Layer 3) – End client letters are required for those who work at the end client location. For In-house projects, it’s not applicable. - Implementation partner letter draft – This applies when there is 3 layer - Vendor letter drafts – Vendor letters are used when there are two layers in contractual succession. - Petitioner letter drafts - This is must for each & every case we file All Management interface must include features for add, edit/update, delete, view(popup or new page), search, filter, no. of items per page option and sorting feature Programming Language- PHP Infrastructure - Amazon AWS(No need to worry about setup and configurations on AWS) Database: MySQL preferred File Storage: Amazon S3 Server: apache2(php) Repository: bitbucket All documents will be uploaded in Amazon S3( we will provide details) Projects need to be checked-in every day in the provided bitbucket repository(without fail) Projects need to be running in Amazon AWS server for sign off of each milestone(we will provide only sftp access/root access will not be provided) Bug tracking will be done from bitbucket itself. Will provide requirements, process flows, flow charts and HTML template.
