Program a simple cryptocurrency trading bot for Binance.

Require a simple BB cross function and manual price set point buy/sell with stoploss function bot. The BB cross function will have user select time interval of 1-5 min (30 seconds if available) Then a user setting to either monitor a selected number of candles(0-3) before executing buy function. Example 1-Buy routine (0 candle scan)- Candle crosses bottom bollinger and buy function immediately executed with stop-loss executed for ?xx dollar amount drop for safe guard. Example 2-Buy routine (2 candle scan)- Candle crosses bollinger and bot begins monitoring. When 2 candles of the same opposite trend (in this case UP/Green) appear in a row the program executes buy function immediately with stop-loss executed for ?xx dollar amount drop for safe guard. Example 3-Buy routine(alternative to candle monitoring TIMED polling function)- Candle crosses bollinger and bot begins monitoring. Every 10-30 seconds program checks current price and if HIGHER than trigger price 1-3 times in a row the program executes buy function immediately with stop-loss executed for ?xx dollar amount drop for safe guard. Example 4- set price buy/sell function- user input buy and sell price triggers. When trigger price reached, Program monitors current price every 5-20 seconds. Once price is logged higher/lower 1-3 polls in a row buy/sell function executed with immediate corresponding 5-20$ stop-loss executed on buys immediately afterward. (Stop-loss will need to be cancelled immediately prior to SELL execution on all SELL cycles) **On ANY error program halts function and terminates. Non-critical features wish list -Would LOVE if this could be compiled as an exe with gui for inputting of parameters ( a graphic of potential layout will be provided. - Upon any error program halts function and plays a wav alert sound file and possibly sends SMS alert to a user input (on gui) cell number. - would LOVE another option for monitoring that utilizes price deviation from trigger.
