Platform for product quotation measured in tons and export of reports.

I need a platform with basically three interfaces: 1. Seller: One page with all products (They are ores, sold by tons). The seller will make a simple query using a calculator - entering the amount of pounds or square feet in the entrance and getting a dollar value on the exit. If you accept the quotation, you will register the order and that quantity must be subtracted from the local stock. 2. Distributor: A page with the same products as the seller, plus a page with all the orders received. If the seller (previous item) does not have stock in store, instead of placing the order on the seller's platform, he will access the distributor's inventory and the order should appear on a specific page. If the distributor accepts, the quantity of material must be subtracted from the stock. 3. Manufacturer: Here we will have a report of all simulations made by distributors and sellers, in addition to completed orders. If the quantity of material available to distributors and sellers is lower than the quotation, we must alert the manufacturer immediately by e-mail. Seller, distributor and factory must have separate logins. In addition, the stock must be fed through a web page and updated whenever an order is placed.
