php template adaptation

Hello, I have a membership based php application with all the necessary dependencies and css. A frontend and backend template is included and the frontend is where I need the tasks completed using frontend styling already in place, or at least utilizing the basic design template. The css classes are most likely already there to complete the tasks in which I request, but they are numerous and an additional custom css file is acceptable to avoid having to hunt down which class to apply inside extensive styling sheets. (unless you find that easier) What I need is a 'user search' tab added to '[login to view URL]' using a specified query and 'sort by' options. I then need the result in styled tables using relative styling which can be referenced on the backend of the application. For instance, the backend already includes this search feature; 'to search users', but is wrapped in a header which utilizes completely different styling than the front end; more so utilizing admin config files. (The search query on the admin side is not identical to my requirements on the front end) The way in which the results display in the table are ideal however, so there is at least a visual and applied css to reference, so search result styling need not be from scratch. Although, if you have a better design regarding table results that you would like to implement, this is acceptable as well. (just be sure to communicate and present what you wish to implement) In addition, I need a profile page including a dynamic single image and other dynamically related information. The default profile(user info) dynamic fields, as well as the ability to upload an image is already included in the template, and I have the capacity to customize these fields and to structure the database. Even though there is already a 'manage profile' tab included on [login to view URL] which allows the user to edit dynamic fields, I would like this new profile page to include editing features for the owner of the profile as well, with an additional large body of text which is not included in default user info. Also, the default 'profile management' page includes a password editing field which I do not find sufficient. It needs a 'verification field.' The final task is an option to contact user via phpmail. (included in dependencies) Once again the backend has a perfect layout for this, but nothing for the frontend. I need on the new 'user profile' page to have a 'contact this user' option which sends an email FROM the 'logged in user' TO the email address associated with the profile in which the 'logged in user' is viewing, utilizing the message body design which can be referenced from the back end. I have attached some images to provide a visual of the components I want extracted from the back end and applied to the front end. An image of the front end is provided as well. *This is an urgent request: Meaning I need the work done promptly...These tasks should be a no brainer for those competent in php and css, and compensation is negotiable, although not by much. A gratuity may be added if work is completed rapidly, accurately, communication is fluent, and all directions are followed precisely. Potential for more work on this project is imminent as well- if you make me happy, I will be sure to contact you again. *Because updating the database is required for custom search fields, and because database table structure comes preinstalled on the application, I will provide the search criteria, but I can edit the database on my end. I do not however, want to be responsible for editing the custom search query inside the code.
