PHP script to READ DATA from a shared Google Apps spreadsheet

I have created a Google Apps for Business spreadsheet. I want a PHP5 script/function I can run on a Linux/Apache server that (1) accepts as a variable the web link to a shared spreadsheet and (2) READS the data from that sheet into an array of a similar structure. I will take it from there. If you are interested, send me your email and I'll share the spreadsheet so you can access and test (even before bidding on the task). Attached is a screenshot to give you an idea. The TOP 2 sections have fixed labels on the left and values on the right. (ignore help text) The BOTTOM SECTION of the spreadsheet, however, can have ANY NUMBER OF ROWS depending on items in the series being captured. All of the columns are shown in the screenshot (eventStartYYYY, eventStartMM, .... eventEndSS not fully visible, though). The idea is to handle events with varying date data, so some fields may be blank like in example). Feel free to ask any questions. Thanks for your time.
