What you have explained here is an eCommerce application and in this case it is geared towards selling products of a photographer so naturally the aesthetics would support that. Now , let me talk a bit more about the actual functional aspect of the platform because the design can be always revised and changes but the functionalities in this case need to be seamless since the customer want to understand the work of the photographer , have a Categorized selection of his work, choose , Pay and then have it emailed . So the usual functions of an eCommerce would be implied like Shopping cart, Payment Gatewa integration , and of course an Admin dashboard so that the photographer can keep his web portal updated with new images on his own easily from the dashboard.
