I am looking for an expert PHP and JSON programmer who creates an API integration in the shipments of OpenCart platform. The API includes the following steps: 1) Insert a new shipping method; 2) Make a call HTTP POST/Init client-server with JSON payload; 3) Get a JSON payload response server-client; 4) Temporarily save in the database the response with sessionID and AuthToken; 5) Redirect to external web site Shipping; 6) Return to the page of the e-commerce website, reload the DB data to continue the checkout; 7) Approval of the delivery on receipt of payment or cancel order;
