Need Some expert php coder & twitter bootstrap designer

The requirements are as:

Part-01

Users post & view:

Users can post multi-images as one or more or no image with their post. Have to show full post with all images which had uploaded by users with post title, post description etc. images will show largest after clicking on image. On posts text, users can keep url which will got auto link & users can keep line break among texts.

I will provide codes which have to fix & may need to add some codes.

Part-02

Category bookmarking system:

Users can bookmark categories on right side of their dashboard [url removed, login to view] file. This bookmarking system will clone as Odesk. Add new category & delete as their wish. Only bookmarked categories post will show on their dashboard.

Part-03

Menu design:

Their will exist menu bar with one dropdown menu & one search box. Mega menu bar as fiverr , which will show below menu bar. Fancy box isn’t working, have to fix. I will provide codes which have to fix & may need to add some codes.

Part-04

Payment gateway PayPal:

After clicking send button that amounts will go automatically from admin paypal to users paypal.

Conditions:

No payment, only feedback. One freelancer task is any one part completion.
