we are using native crm built by actuality extensions. However the plugin does not have proper reporting features. The crm plugin has features to manage contacts in different stage. For example, proposal sent, follow up,. accepted, completed, tour completed etc the above stages are different from woo commerce order stages The crm also has option to assign customers to agents. we need a reporting dashboard to show the number of contacts in each stage under each agent and also the dashboard must show the orders of woo commerce Reporting dashboard based on woo commerce orders
