I need a python script that will take a picture of a bottle and compare it to a baseline picture of that same bottle "full" and calculate how full it is currently.
I would like it to be able to run off a Raspberri Pi 3 with openCV installed.
The output should be % Full, and the original photo that adds a red line where the module determines the "meniscus" to be.
The bottle pictures will all be in a controlled environment with black side and top with a light underneath to amplify the meniscus.
The output will need to be send to a SQL Server database with an xml data string and the altered image to be stored for historical records.
The below link explains most of it and the idea of A red line showing the meniscus.
