Need php, java, wordpress and web developing expert for multiple long term projects.

I'm Awstyn Allard and I run a shipping company that I started in 2017, we're doing very well as a company and it's time to start increasing our online presence so I started getting a new website built for my company. ([login to view URL]) Along the way I got stuck on one step and my developer (not a very experienced person told me he can't do this type of work), so basically I need to switch my developer, I need someone more experienced to help me out on a daily basis. The first task that I would like done is: Make deep coding edits to a word press form plugin that is created in java and PHP. This form plugin makes forms and it's not quite designed for what I'm using it for however I would like to make many edits to this plugin so it will work exactly for my uses, an important part of this is to make it user friendly for me so that I can make future changes. Long story short I would like to edit the plugin so that I'm able to have category selections instead of it selecting them as items, so it would work as a menu items. I consulted the developer about this coding change/addition and the developer told me that I must make big edits to: /assets/js/[login to view URL] and /includes/[login to view URL] , and probably /assets/js/[login to view URL] and /includes/[login to view URL] I have included the plugin file as well so you can take a look into the coding to study if needed. Some of my other tasks for this plugin are (we will do this after the first task is complete) -add a search function -add a reference number function -install an account system for the whole site -link it all together with a tracking system I'm honestly looking for anyone who can complete the task properly, I don't care about upwork experience or reviews, skills talk. :)
