We have a Moodle Site (3.1.) that we have set up for video courses. Before we can release the next video courses, we would like to change the course format, but we are experiencing issues with this. Here are the issues: 1. Changed course format changes do not populate. Although we have made the respective changes, the course format still stays the same. 2. If we set up a new course in the desired course format, it is working fine. However, if we back-up and restore another course into the new format, it changes back to the old format again. 3. We also don't have plugins installed for newer course formats (grid, collapsed topics, flexible topics). We would need these plugins installed so that we can use these formats. 4. We have other minor design questions that we would like to discuss with someone well-versed in Moodle so that we can insure the best experience for our clients.
