Modifications to Examination Software

I purchased the Quizzy exam software and have made some changes to it to suit our needs. [login to view URL] We have one examination to be completed that has 4 modules / subcategories. In order to pass the exam, users must answer the questions in each module and achieve 100% so this is how we want it to work: 1) the user must complete the first module by selecting the correct answer from a few options so it is multiple-choice questions. 2) If he does not get 100% then the wrong answers must be shown to him so that he can answer those wrong ones again. 3) He will get 3 chances to get 100% per module. If not achieved within three attempts then the module starts again with all the questions for that module showing to the user. 4) Once a module is completed by getting 100% correct then it will show Completed and save the status of that module to the member's profile. 5) Once all 4 modules are completed then it will show a message to say Congratulations you have now passed the XYZ Test. 6) An email will be sent to the user with a certificate attached showing that the user has completed the test. (They already insert an email address when registering.) 7) The user must also get a download link on their profile page where they can download the certificate later should they wish to.
