A searching platform for the availability of Garden products you can build on Drupal easily. The main feature of your application is the - Proximity Search. We can build a proximity search using Search API, Views, Geolocation Field and Geolocation_proximity field. We will store all the Garden products in the Drupal’s Content type. If this is an ecommerce website then we will use Drupal’s Commerce Module. To store products commerce’s product entity will be used. Each product is associated with an individual and the individual has his location data. Is this individual creates the product on your platform? If yes this individual is a drupal user. We keep the profile details of the individual using profile2 Modules. The proximity search will be based on the location data of this individual’s profile. ‘Professionals’ are another type of users who are expert at growing garden products. The search will recommend a professionals based on the Keywords. This will be a contextual views block that will propose the Professionals associated with the Product. This will also be a proximity-based result. If the number of products and the users grows huge we should use an indexing engine. Using solr with search api is the option we suggest. Heya, Wow, you are not too specific about your requirements... I guess you would need the design as well, right? It might be a good idea just to buy a template as a front end, they are usualy around 50 USD I think. I'd create an administration part of the web, where you could put all the items. Then would you actually like to create this as an e-shop solution? Anyway, good luck :) Marek
