Mikrotik register to DMAsoft radius manager

I have a login page for mikrotik routers that runs on a web server.
The login page contains advertising.
My project is to add a register page (I have made the design) and when a person submits; It will go to my radius server and write the fields to related tables...
If user EXISTS; (have some details in the background about mikrotik maccookie) and if maccookie is not there; If user wants to register again;It will update the user password...
Also after successful registration; It will redirect user to "hotspotdnsname" and will log in automaticly.
Also I want Freelancers' to add a small header for flags for languages...At background I can detect browser language and call language details from language php files...Only a header for flags.. :)
I have some codes about this project... I have all the necessary tables and fields for DMAsoft radius manager...
