Magento Transfer Debug - Change the root document path

The magento 2.1 site https//[login to view URL] was transferred from one linode hosting to the other linode hosting. Previous linuxe: Ubuntu New hosting linuxe: CentOs7 After the site was transferred. The site root document was changed from magento2/pub to wwwroot/www.shecos.com. Problems: 1. The web can not show the documents in previous root document /pub, such as sitemap, 404 pages. (The 404 pages do not show rightly with product category.) [login to view URL] 2. There is warning in magento panel: Your web server is set up incorrectly and allows unauthorized access to sensitive files. Please contact your hosting provider. Question: If the root documents was set as /pub, can the problems be solves? If yes, please set the root document as /pub. Here is the screenshot of current hosting documents. And the site document was backup in the document /pub.
