Dear Sir, I checked your website and also comparing the everything with GTmetrix. The issues i found are 1. Server Resource usage restriction (every shared server have this issue) 2. Your JS and Other http components are not configured properly. 3. Images are not optimised 4. Too many DNS lookup and some more issues making your website Rendering problem. More over, you make sure your server is located in your own country. In "Shared" server, Magento performs low. Even though if you want me to work in your project to decrease website load time, I will be happy to work in your project. I'm an experienced Magento and magento2 developer. The load time could be high because of the following factors: - Database speed ( Too many queries running unnecessarily) - PHP problems. Unnecessary calculations or bad handling of data. - More common: Caching problems. - Hosting problems: The Magento is a heavy ecosystem and honestly, I don't recommend to run it on shared hosting. However, with the right set-up of caching it could work. As I see your front page is pretty static so It should be assembled in the background within 250ms.
