You will need to perform some profiling and improve site's speed on the CODE level. Plugins that are already in place: - Fullpage Cache is not the issue. - Minifying has also been done. - Image compression has also been done No need to change these modules in any way or suggest other plugins. 1)BEFORE Use HTTP/PHP profiling to determine the root cause of the slow loading pages, make an screenshot of the pagespeed using Pingdom, Google Pagespeed, YSLOW before starting and report the score before starting the assignment. 2) Find the bug, issue and explain why the page loads so slow. Write a solution in a custom module that modifies the core libraries 3) Make a proof of concept using a screenshot of the AFTER.
