Hello, I have 8 plus years of performance testing experience and have worked on tools like JMeter, Blazemeter LoadRunner etc. I have prior experience testing applications hosted on AWS platform with auto-scaling enabled. Based on my understanding of your requirement I would suggest the below approach. Identify 3 critical end to end business scenarios for performance testing. Script the scenarios in JMeter and test them for low users. Once verified upload the script in Blazemeter and run with multiple sets of users. Check auto-scale is trigger once 1000 users load is triggered. The report can be viewed run time and after execution in Blazemeter. Two reports can also be compared to check performance improvements.
