3-Level User Management Backend for a WP site + connecting to a DB of a mobile app

As you need to have membership type site which will have 2 membership which defined 2 roles i.e. I. "Customer" who have medium pack and have permissions to add/edit users of level II. Their limitation for adding/updating users will be assigned to admin user only. >. Default admin will have all the access and permissions. Admin can set the content access or can send direct register links to other users, also can disable customer or user. >. Third level will be described as member where user can have permission to view the content but could not update. They can be described as a member i.e. 3 level of users in site. >. These users have permissions to edit their own personal information only. >. Once the user will register to the site then a request for the app registration will also generated, after activation of email. I will use the API integration for app registration.
