I am interesting in creating an application that will help me keep track of my personal investment portfolio (so no big bank or some big institution behind this). Updating my excel sheet just takes time and is not as easy to update everytime I need to make a change in a buying or selling of an asset. Thus, I am interested into setting up a unified database that keeps track of all transactions, records, and calculates all the needed. I will provide you with all the technical financial details I just need an implementation of my excel into a more compelling format. Specifically I would like the program (let's call it) to handle the following: * 6 types of assets (Real Estate, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Stocks, Futures and Options, commodities) with flexibility to add more * bonds (online update of prices - if possible) * stocks (online update of prices - if possible) * Mutual Funds (online update of prices - if possible) * Fiduciary deposits * Buy/Sell of each asset (with its distinguished information e.g. stocks go by buy price, current price, commission on buying, and volume , bonds have buy price, ISIN, ending dates, coupons, payments dates etc) * History of transactions * Charts per section/per asset/per category * Live price update for stocks * Summary page with an overview of the portfolio * Live update from [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] search for currency updates and conversion to base currency for every portfolio * Easily updatable/upgradable for new modules * Ability to easily create graphs from the information in the DATABASE * Update bank Balances Integration with Kite API [login to view URL]
