Inventory management system for warehouse with double accounting

A warehouse requires a simple inventory management system where the production and sales of the products can be monitored and put into reports. The basic required system operation is as follows.
1) The production manager will enter information about the manufactured products into the system.
2)Sales managers will put together orders selecting products from the warehouse and their requests will be sent to the production manager for approval.
3)Once approved the products will be deducted from the inventory and a report will be generated for the order.
4) The transactions will be captured along with their effects on accounting.
The current requirements are very simple as above and might be extended in the future. The system will need ad admin user to add product types and manage users. We have already decided to use google firebase as our backend because of its simplicity and reliability. The application can be a standalone desktop application or a browser-based web application which can be chosen by the developer.
We will send further details on the structure of reports and records to the chosen developer. Please read the requirements carefully and send us a proposal.
