We have a HubSpot client that is a small textbook publisher. We have created a workflow that creates a task when a professor completes a form request an E-book copy of a textbook to review. We need the task to trigger a request that the E-book vendor will process. Once the ebook has been sent from the vendor, I need the task to be updated with the send information and complete the task. This interface will be the first of a few APIs for the client, so I need the API records to be written to a secondary database for tracking and audit (I am open to suggestions). The database will be used for tracking the other API activity as well. HubSpot API documentation is public, and I have the documentation from the vendor for their API as well. I will send the information to freelancers that have the appropriate experience and skill set. Your team needs to include a project manager and be available for communication between 0900 to 1600 EST.
