HTML Form Development for Magento eCommerce Website

Source Code will be our property. This form is to be developed in html and should be integrated in our Magento eCommerce Website. Our server is a Shared server which supports HTML and PHP. It should be responsive form and There should be these fields in the form. Email I.d (Mandatory) Mobile Number (Mandatory) Pincode Location (Mandatory) Countdown Timer (Mandatory) OTP Free Service of Google (Mandatory) Use free service for sending Emails to our registered mail i.d. All these fields should work only when a valid url is submitted. First Open [login to view URL] and see the url submission box and select category option with it. After that open [login to view URL] on next tab and search any refrigerator over there and copy open any refrigerator link and copy that url and paste that url in [login to view URL] and select refrigerator category over there first. Then click on demand price. Then a form will come and fill the details over there and enter my mobile number. It will send an otp and when we will enter that Otp then it will start the timer. We want to give this facility to users to search any electronics products on any other eCommerce marketplace and copy that url from [login to view URL] or flipkart or paytm and paste it in our Url submission box and then demand new price. After submission url and click on demand price an otp will be sent and after entering otp, a countdown timer will be begin. That Url should be sent to our registered mail i.d and our Seller's mail [login to view URL] from where they can check and reply to that mail with their own price. And that mail should be sent to customer's mail i.d. You will have to give my email i.d in the code so that all the filled details come to my mail i.d when any customer visits the website and fill the details. Thats it. Its very simple. You will have to integrate it in our Magento eCommerce Website.
